The year of 1995 witnessed the establishment of International Exchange and Cooperation Office which was called as Foreign Affairs Office then and became independent later as International Exchange and Cooperation Office in 2004 and was merged with Office for Hongkong, Macao, Taiwan Affairs in 2014.   The main businesses include : exchanges between universities, students exchange programme, teacher’s further studying abroad, CSC project application, foreign business trip application, foreign teachers recruitment and management, foreign students enrollment and management and so on.
